Open Programme
Driving Digital Transformation
Become the driver of digitalisation instead of feeling driven by new technologies.

In this 3-day full time programme designed for senior executives, managers, and professionals who are responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives within their organisations, you will work with specialists and industry experts to understand what digitisation means for your business and develop a concrete and strategic action plan.

As technologies continue to evolve, companies across all industries face the constant challenge of how to navigate digital transformation. This short programme provides you with the strategies and tools needed to drive digital transformation within your organisation.

The first day is dedicated to developing scenarios and responses. You will gain a deep understanding of the impact of digital transformation on business models, learn how to create a culture of innovation, leverage emerging technologies, and adapt to changing market trends.

On day two, we will focus on the “human side” of every transformational project with case studies and by practicing communication, negotiation and resilience.

The third day will take place after your project kick-off. You will present your strategic action plan and take part in feedback rounds and discussions with industry experts Philip Meissner, ESCP Professor, and Ulrich Schmitz, Managing Director @Axel Springer Digital Ventures.

Driving Digital Transformation tackles the key challenge I had so far, to bring complex strategies of digitalisation into formats to make them applicable to my work and to my team. During the two days I learned the tools to visualise those strategies and to make a difference in our company.

It was very helpful for me to combine theoretical methods with practical topics from day-to-day business.
And networking is a further added value that this programme offers.

Wolfgang Schlaucher, Product Director Mobile Construction Cranes, Liebherr Tower Cranes and participant in July 2019, LinkedIn

The programme, especially the visit to wattx, was very inspiring and enriching. Personal networks and exchange with other experts are success factors to master the challenges of digitisation.
