A Unique Learning Experience
This certificate is designed to combine self-paced learning formats with opportunities for live interaction. It offers a variety of perspectives from ESCP’s international faculty and experts, as well as access to a community of peer learners.
Length: 17 weeks - 5 modules
Total workload: 120 hours, including 60 hours of teaching
A combination of:
- Self-paced learning content: Short video lectures, introduction to frameworks, press reviews, insights from experts, case studies, podcasts, data visualisations, quizzes
- Regular interactive live sessions: 15 hours (3 hours of live sessions per module)
How you will be evaluated:
- Quizzes and/or assignments after each module
- Individual capstone project: the opportunity for each participant to apply the knowledge acquired in a practical project within their organisation/field.
Subject to successful completion, you will receive the ESCP certificate. This certificate validates the skills block « Conception de solutions durables d’ordre stratégique, organisationnel et/ou technique répondant à la problématique de changement de l’entreprise » of the RNCP qualification « Manager de grands projets de changement (MS ») under reference RNCP39396, pursuant to the decision to register in the National Registers dated 19 July 2024.
