To unlock the full potential of sustainable innovation, look at patterns in business models
Go beyond compliance and understand how to turn ESG and sustainability into opportunities for innovation, purpose, and business success. In this 3-day programme designed for mid to top level leaders, you will learn about the main tools, frameworks, and best practices to lead and manage ESG and sustainability.
These insights will allow you to approach sustainability goals through strategic innovation projects and transform existing business models into more sustainable ones.
In the dynamic landscape of today's business world, the interaction of social goals, environmental efforts and business objectives creates significant complexity. While more and more companies embracing ESG and sustainability, many embark on this journey from a reactive standpoint, a compliance exercise, lacking a clear sense of organisational values, purpose and direction.
During our 3.5-day open programme ESG and Sustainability for Innovation Leaders, the authors of the book Sustainable Business Model Design: 45 patterns, Prof. Dr. Lüdeke-Freund, Prof. Dr. Henning Breuer, and Prof. Dr. Lorenzo Massa, will take you on a learning journey with workshops, company visits and case studies, to explore the opportunities that ESG and sustainability present for your business.
Whether you are a young talent in a managerial position, head of strategy, innovation or sustainability, or CEO of a company - this programme will empower you to see where ESG is not just a requirement but a source of competitive advantage. Benefit from the Academic Directors' extensive knowledge and discover your path to sustainability-oriented innovation, and business success, establishing a shared language and common goals among teams, with ESCP Executive Education.
