The Bachelor in Management, Science & Technology (BSc) is designed for students who want to lead at the intersection of technology, science and business. Delivered by ESCP School of Technology, the programme combines strong scientific and technological core with management fundamentals, training hybrid profiles capable of engaging with engineers and researchers as well as decision-makers and entrepreneurs

Taught entirely in English, the programme is designed for academically strong students with a particular interest in mathematics, science, and economics. It equips participants with the skills needed to navigate both technical and managerial environments while fostering collaboration within a diverse, international cohort of high-achieving peers.

The programme

Bridging the gap between business school and science tracks, the Bachelor in Management, Science & Technology (BSc) offers an integrated route combining academic excellence in sciences with a deep understanding of economic, organisational and entrepreneurial challenges.

Students build strong foundations in:

  • Applied Mathematics and Statistics
  • Computer Science, AI and Data Science
  • Physics and Systems Engineering
  • Chemistry and Materials Science
  • Life Sciences, Health and Biotechnology
  • Scientific Methodology

These scientific foundations are complemented by courses in management, economics, humanities, innovation and entrepreneurship — equipping students not only to understand how technologies work, but also to transform innovation into economic and societal value. Language courses are also available throughout the three years.

International dimension

Faithful to ESCP's multi-campus DNA, the Bachelor in Management, Science & Technology (BSc) is designed as a European and international learning journey. Students study in Paris during the first year, move to Turin for the second year, and complete their third year in London.

The School of Technology

The School of Technology is a cornerstone of ESCP’s long-term transformation, reflecting its ambition to position itself as a truly European University of Management. By embedding science and technology at the core of its academic model, ESCP is building a distinctive platform to prepare leaders capable of navigating complex, fast-changing environments. Rooted in strong scientific foundations rather than a purely tool-based approach, the School of Technology equips future managers to understand technological systems, assess their strategic implications, and collaborate effectively across disciplines. In doing so, it strengthens ESCP’s position as a European reference at the intersection of business, technology, and governance.

Curriculum
Build Management Expertise, Scientific Depth, and International Perspective for the Technologies Shaping Tomorrow

Introduction

The Bachelor in Management, Science & Technology (BSc) offers a rigorous and comprehensive curriculum, where scientific and technological depth sit alongside management, humanities and soft skills.

In your first year, you will build strong foundations in management, mathematics, computing, scientific literacy and humanities.

During the second year, you will deepen your knowledge in management and the sciences while benefiting from ESCP’s multi-campus model and enriching your academic journey through a range of elective courses.

Your final year is dedicated to choosing a technology-focused pathway, gaining hands-on professional exposure through internships or project-based missions and hackathons, and completing your Bachelor thesis.

Programme structure

For the first two years, the curriculum is organised around five major blocks:

  • Management – including core management subjects such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, accounting and marketing
  • Mathematics, Computer and Data Science - including statistics, programming, algorithms and data analysis
  • Scientific Literacy – including scientific methods, physics, chemistry, and natural sciences
  • Humanities, Design, and Soft Skills – including communication, leadership, critical thinking, and design thinking
  • Scientific immersions, experimental activities, industry collaborations, and hackathons

The programme provides more than 250 hours per year in sciences and technology, covering mathematics, computing, physics, chemistry, life sciences, scientific methodology and technological options.

Each year, one to two weeks of the programme will be dedicated to scientific immersion experiences in research laboratories within leading universities. These immersions are designed to expose students early on to scientific methods, cutting-edge research environments, and direct interaction with researchers.

Thesis and practical experience

Year 3 includes a compulsory Bachelor thesis and a three-month internship in a company. Alternatively, this requirement may also be fulfilled through a humanitarian project or a mission with an NGO or non-profit organisation, provided it offers a structured professional experience aligned with the programme’s learning objectives.

Languages

Languages form an important part of the ESCP Bachelor in Management, Science & Technology (BSc), with the aim that all students have gained proficiency in the languages of the campuses they will be attending.

To make this possible, we provide in-class language courses and digital platforms that are adapted to each student’s level during the three years of the programme.

Learning objectives

By the end of the programme, students will be able to:

  • understand organisations through a solid management education
  • understand the world through core scientific frameworks
  • analyse technological and digital transformations
  • connect scientific knowledge with business decision-making
  • operate in multicultural and international environments
  • prepare for careers or postgraduate study at the intersection of management, science and technology.

Degree awarded

This programme will deliver an institutional ESCP Bachelor’s degree.
