Immersion in the L'Oréal World
Launched in May, L’ORÉAL MASTERCLASS is a 1-hour conference and discussion with one of our leaders around a specific theme.
For Emma Shuttleworth, Talent Acquisition at L'Oréal: "In this particular period, it is important for us to find new ways to stay connected with students and continue to make them discover our group and culture".
About 200 ESCP students attended and got the opportunity to learn from l'Oréal's experts.

Stephane LANNUZEL, Beauty Tech Program Director, shared with students the ambitions and challenges that lie behind our desire to become the first “Beauty Tech Company” in the world while talking about his career.
Laurent DUFFIER, L’Oréal Turkey General Manager, presented a Country Manager’s perspective on COVID19 and crisis management.
After the summer break, the Masterclass series was back in September with Alexandra PLAT, Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer & Executive Vice President of the Foundation L’Oréal, who shared L’Oréal For the Future Program and addressed topics linked to L’Oréal Social Corporate Responsibility.
Remi LUGAGNE, HR Vice President of Asia-Pacific, shared the ambitions and challenges in APAC while talking about his career..
Othman BENNIS, La Roche-Posay International Marketing & Innovation Director, drove students through the Active Cosmetics Division and its role in making a difference to people's lives by improving the health and beauty of their skin through every stage of life.

MIM Alumnus Pietro Luigi Ghigo has key role in Italy’s F&B expansion in Asia
In recent years, Italian companies have embarked upon a process of international development aimed at tapping into new markets, especially in Asia, and many Food and Beverage firms are in the forefront of that expansion. One of the Alumni of ESCP Business School has played a key role in that growth: Pietro Luigi Ghigo, Master in Management Alumnus, Class of 2009, and Asia Regional Sales Manager at Lavazza.
