Leadership And Inclusive Management Institute (LIMI)
Mission and ambition of the Institute
The LEADERSHIP AND INCLUSIVE MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE is an institute of expertise and scientific production on the themes of diversity, inclusion and leadership at work. The mandate of the Institute is to support and disseminate research and to make research more accessible.
The institute has three key challenges:
Research and knowledge internally and externally, with students and participants to our programs and with practitioners in companies
The creation of dynamics between academic research and practitioners, as well as new ways of looking at current issues and building inclusive organizations
Subjects such as diversity, leadership and inclusion, which have received little academic attention
Rich in its partnerships with private companies, the LEADERSHIP AND INCLUSIVE MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE combines knowledge from the field with scientific research produced by international ESCP researchers.
LIMI will have four impacts:
- Support research projects and their dissemination.
- Create an ecosystem of practitioners and researchers.
- Rethink practices in business.
- Develop impactful programs at bachelor, master and executive education levels.
