
Chiara Succi is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at ESCP Business School since September 2009. She serves as the Local Academic Director of the Master in Management (MIM) program and as the Faculty Representative for the Turin campus.
She holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Lugano (Switzerland), where she also earned a Ph.D. with a dissertation focused on learning innovations within organizations. During her academic journey, she collaborated on several research projects under the Swiss Virtual Campus Programme, funded by the Swiss National Foundation.
Chiara has gained international teaching and research experience at the University of Lugano, Politecnico di Milano, and as a visiting researcher at Edith Cowan University (Western Australia). She also worked at UniCredit Group’s leadership development center and conducted research activities at the Masie Center in New York, engaging with the Learning CONSORTIUM network.
Her research interests focus on various dimensions of skills development, including leadership, family businesses, employability, craftsmanship, and the interaction between human intelligence and artificial intelligence.
