International Consultancy Project (ICP)
In semester 3, the end-of-study project, called the International Consultancy Project (ICP), culminates in a two-part written report (18 ECTS credits). Participants must also complete a 20-hour co-development workshop and submit an individual written report (7 ECTS credits).
The International Consultancy Project (ICP) allows participants to work in groups to make recommendations and propose solutions for a specific problem faced by a company. This project requires participants to carry out an in-depth analysis of the literature and the company's situation. The final report consists of a group component and an individual report where each participant shares the ways they might use all or part of the ICP work in their own career and what they have learned personally during the ICP.
The ICP thesis represents 18 ECTS credits.
Co-development Workshop
Another key programme element is the Co-development Workshop (20 hours) and Report (7 ECTS credits). Co-development is an innovative methodology that equips participants with the tools they need to deal with difficult or complex situations. Instead of taking an individual approach, co-development offers a more objective approach based on collective intelligence.
The methodology considers the points of view of other group members who have shared experiences or problems. It relies on active listening. Participants are trained in the methodology during a workshop and then divided into groups to conduct independent co-development sessions.

- Final exams,
- Individual assignments,
