Frank Figge is Professor of Sustainability at ESCP’s Paris campus. His current primary research interests focus on Circular Economy, Paradox Management, and Sustainability Assessments and Evaluation. His research has been published in journals such as Academy of Management Review, Organization Studies, Ecological Economics, Journal of Business Ethics, and Journal of Industrial Ecology.

He holds a PhD from the University of Basle (Switzerland). Before coming to France, he was a full Professor at Queen’s University Belfast (Northern Ireland) and the University of St Andrews (Scotland), and a Reader at the University of Leeds (England). Frank is also the Per and Eivor Wikström Guest Professor at Umeå University (Sweden).

In his spare time, he helps take care of street dogs saved by a shelter, which he considers to be a brilliant laboratory for the art of management at the same time.
