
Ann-Charlotte's research interests focus on the transformation of the workplace in innovation driven economies and the development of alternative approaches to traditional R&D innovation over the course of the last few decades. She applies qualitative methodology to the following fields of research:
-Innovative work environments,
-Employee driven innovation, Intrapreneurship & democratization of innovation
-The influence of managerial artefacts on innovation embedded in daily work,
-Democratization and freedom form organisation.
Since September 2016, she is a visiting research fellow at UCL (University College London) at IOE, institute of Education and Social Sciences. She is also an active administrator of the French professional association, “Innovacteurs,” dedicated to employee driven innovation in the French public and private sectors. She is a member of the Gregor Research Group at IAE (Institute of Business Administration) Paris I-Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Prior to embarking on an academic career, Ann-Charlotte Teglborg worked as an organizational consultant
