The Multifamily sector is booming in Spain, with approximately 1 billion euros invested in 2019. Built to Rent operations accounted for 41% of residential investment in 2019, with a total volume of 675 million euros, with operations of 509 million euros in the first half.

Nowadays it is considered that there are construction projects for around 3,600 homes to be rented, representing an investment of approximately 2,000 million.
Throughout this session, we will deepen on the tax optimization of Build-to-Rent corporate vehicles and the contractual relationship between developers and investors.
