After a senior executive career in international finance and an entrepreneurship experience in visual arts and photography, Florence coaches and supports executives and entrepreneurs in their professional development, focusing mainly on management, leadership, communication and creativity.

Her sphere of activity ranges from finance and industry to the world of young creation and culture. She is also an affiliate Professor at ESCP Business School where she teaches Art Thinking and leads seminars dedicated to breakthrough innovation and transformational leadership : the Improbable Seminars.

Previously, Florence worked for 15 years in the structuring and analysis of financial products at Lehman Brothers in London, then at the rating agency Moody's, where she led the European structured credit monitoring team and occupied global analytical methodology responsibilities. She was also in charge of the training program for structured finance analysts in Europe.

She then developed her activity in the artistic and cultural world, particularly in the field of photography. Founder of the publishing house l'Heure Dite (2012) and founding partner of the online art platform IWantToBuyArt (2016), she has also designed and produced projects and events around man and image for corporate organizations and cultural institutions. She also had a decisive role in promoting the female scene thanks to her involvement in Les Filles de la Photo NGO, of which she was general secretary until 2020.

Florence is an economist engineer graduated from ENSAE, HEC certified coach and AEC Disc trainer.
