Length: 15 weeks - 5 modules
Total workload: 120 hours, including 60 hours of teaching
A combination of:
- Self-paced learning content: Short video lectures, frameworks introduction, press reviews, expert testimonies, case studies, podcasts, data visualisations, quiz
- Regular interactive live sessions: 15 hours (five 3-hour modules)
How you will be evaluated:
- Quizzes and assignments after each module
- Individual capstone project: the opportunity for each participant to apply the knowledge acquired on a practical technological change implementation project for their organisation

Subject to successful completion, you will receive the ESCP certificate. This certificate validates the skills block « Pilotage de la mise en œuvre de projets engageant la transformation de l’entreprise » of the RNCP qualification Manager de grands projets de changement (MS), under reference RNCP39396, pursuant to the decision to register in the National Registers dated 19 July 2024.
