As ESCP moves towards becoming the first European University of Management, we have refreshed our visual identity for the institution’s next chapter.
For more than two centuries, ESCP has evolved without losing sight of what makes it distinctive. Today, the School has entered another defining period of change, with the expansion of its academic model across business, technology and governance.
The visual identity has been refreshed to reflect that shift while preserving a symbol rooted in ESCP's European history. The result is deliberately subtle: a familiar identity, adapted for a broader institutional ambition.
A new chapter, a shared identity
Under Bold & United, its 2026–2030 strategic plan, ESCP is building a new academic architecture around three schools: ESCP Business School, ESCP School of Technology, launching in 2027, and ESCP School of Governance, launching in 2029. Together, they form the foundation of ESCP’s ambition to become the first European University of Management.
That heritage is embedded in the identity. ESCP’s five-pointed star came to represent its five original European campuses, becoming a visual expression of the School’s distinctive multi-campus model and connected European and international community. Today, as ESCP expands into new academic territory, that familiar signature is evolving with it.
The launch of the School of Technology accelerated the need for an identity that could grow with ESCP. For us, evolution was more meaningful than rupture. We are building something new from a heritage that still has a great deal to say about who we are.

A familiar symbol, redrawn
The logo refresh is subtle, but its direction reflects the strategy behind it: bolder in presence, more united in structure.
The four letters “ESCP” have become more prominent. The star has been strengthened and simplified while retaining its distinctive hand-drawn character and its connection to ESCP’s European heritage. It has also been brought closer to the ESCP name, creating a more compact and unified signature.
The resulting visual evolution reinforces the visibility of the four letters ESCP, the core identifier of the brand, while preserving the star as a symbol of the School’s European identity. That same structure now extends across the three schools.
The shared structure creates continuity between ESCP Business School, ESCP School of Technology and ESCP School of Governance, while allowing each school to stand clearly within the wider ESCP identity.
Still unmistakably ESCP
“For a brand with more than two centuries of history, evolution matters more than reinvention,” says Conde Salazar. “We wanted to strengthen what people already recognise in ESCP and create an identity that can support where the institution is going next.”
That next chapter broadens ESCP’s academic scope while keeping management at its core. ESCP Business School remains the historic and academic heart of the institution, joined by the School of Technology and School of Governance to connect management education more closely with the technological, geopolitical and societal forces shaping the world around us.
The visual change is therefore only one part of a much larger story. As ESCP expands beyond the traditional boundaries of management education, its identity is being adapted to do the same: one institution, three schools and a shared European ambition for what management education can become.
