Laurence-Claire Lemmet is an Associate Professor in Law at ESCP Business School, and currently the scientific director of the MSc International Wealth Management.
Her teaching areas include Company Law (including corporate governance regulation and corporate social responsibility), Compliance Regulation (applied in wealth management), and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). For the past five years, her academic research has specifically focused on ADRs, the Société à mission, and the role of regulation and law in sustainable development. She has published articles in French journals, contributed chapters in management books, and regularly contributed to ESCP's Impact Papers.
She also contributed to an executive research project for a trade federation, the FFF (French Franchise Federation), in 2015. She is qualified as a CMAP mediator and was appointed as a Conciliator of Justice within the Court of Appeal of Paris in April 2018, a position she was renewed in April 2022.
She has a PhD in Private Law and Criminal Sciences.
