Lucie Baudoin is an Assistant Professor in the Sustainability Department at ESCP Business School, Paris Campus, France.

Her research addresses the following puzzle: “What makes us collectively manage our ecosystems the way we do, and how can we get better at it?” She focuses particularly on water systems and the challenge of climate change adaptation. Lucie pursues interdisciplinary projects and has published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics, Business & Society, Organization & Environment, and the Journal of Environmental Management.
