Applications are now open for the 2026–2027 edition of Women@ESCP, a career and leadership programme designed to support your transition from student life to the professional world.
Developed by ESCP Careers, with the support of the ESCP Foundation and ESCP Alumni, Women@ESCP combines leadership development, mentoring, networking and personalised career development to help you prepare for the next stage of your career.
For 2026–2027, Women@ESCP is expanding across Europe. For the first time, the programme’s Leadership Development Seminar will be offered on five ESCP campuses!

What the programme includes:
- Full-Day Leadership Development Seminar on your campus (Compulsory): This immersive in-person seminar will focus on topics such as values-based leadership, storytelling & personal branding, and strategic network building. You’ll meet inspiring professionals, exchange with fellow Women@ESCP students, and gain practical tools to support your next career steps.
- Access to the Alumni Mentoring Network: Connect with ESCP alumni and professionals working in your target industry to ask career questions, better understand different roles and sectors, receive guidance and expand your network.
- Priority Access to Corporate Networking Events: Take part in a curated selection of corporate and networking events across industries and career paths, giving you opportunities to meet professionals, recruiters and companies supporting women’s careers.
- Personalised Career Development Opportunities: Choose between four individual 45-minute sessions with a professional coach, focused on your own development goals, or a Coursera certification to strengthen a technical or business skill and add a recognised credential to your CV.
As part of the programme, you will continue to benefit from ESCP’s career resources, including access to sector expert advisors and career guidance tools available through the Careers platform, powered by JobTeaser.
