What made the program so impactful was its combination of theory and practice. Through a variety of hands-on projects (often in collaboration with renowned companies) we had the chance to act as consultants, showcase our ideas and solutions in environments that mirrored real business challenges.
How has your Master’s degree advanced your professional career?
The program equipped me in many different ways and gave me the structure and confidence to take the next steps in my professional journey. I am convinced that the experiences I gained during this time will continue to benefit me for the rest of my life.
What made the program so impactful was its combination of theory and practice. Through a variety of hands-on projects (often in collaboration with renowned companies) we had the chance to act as consultants, showcase our ideas and solutions in environments that mirrored real business challenges. At the same time, teamwork was an integral part: sometimes we could choose our groups, but more often we worked in randomly assigned teams. This required adaptability and resilience, and it helped me discover the roles I naturally assume in a team, sharpen my awareness of my strengths, and learn where I can grow by drawing on the expertise of others.
Another decisive factor was the guidance of experienced professors who not only shared their deep knowledge but also opened up their professional networks to us. Moreover, we worked with case studies and conducted a business simulation game. I’d say the most valuable aspect, however, was the diversity of my classmates. Learning alongside peers from many different backgrounds broadened my perspective and created a dynamic environment. Overall, the experiences I gained at ESCP have a lasting impact on the way I approach challenges in my career today.
Would you consider pursuing a Master’s degree today as a key step in building your career?
I’d definitely consider pursuing a master’s degree today. But there is a saying: “The pace of change has never been this fast, yet it will never be this slow again.”. With that comes the need for Business Schools to remain flexible and responsive - integrating tools and technologies that are shaping the modern workplace. What could help I think is offering program courses on how to build agents or trainings around Copilot, prompting and further state-of-the-art tools. Yet beyond the theoretical knowledge, what makes such a program invaluable is the practical experience it provides. Immersing oneself in real projects, collaborating with diverse peers, and applying concepts in practice changed the way I act in a professional context. Pursuing my Master’s equipped me to navigate the wide range of situations and challenges that define young people’s entry into professional life.
What did you enjoy the most about your ESCP Madrid experience?
What I enjoyed most about my ESCP Madrid experience was the international and multicultural environment. Being surrounded by classmates from so many different countries, cultures, and professional backgrounds constantly gave me new perspectives and encouraged me to rethink and broaden my own. At the same time, living in Madrid offered the opportunity to improve my Spanish, which I consider an asset both personally and professionally. Another aspect I truly appreciated was the affordability of student life in Madrid compared to many other European capitals, which allowed me to fully enjoy the experience without compromising on quality.
Did your internship help open doors to the job market?
My internship was instrumental in opening doors to the job market, and in fact it served as a direct bridge into my first full-time position, something I am still grateful for today. While I did not remain in the exact environment where I first interned, the connections I built during that time allowed me to expand my network within the company and gain visibility. Since starting my full-time role, I have already taken on new responsibilities, and interestingly, I now find myself working albeit in a different capacity - alongside the team where I once began as an intern. Looking back, the internship was far more than just a temporary experience, as it became both a starting point and a lasting source of relationships.

Absolutely — it was a key milestone in my career development and remains something I truly value in my academic and professional background.
What did you enjoy the most about your ESCP Madrid experience?
While the campus itself wasn’t the highlight (and we had to go to one of the 4 torres in the end), I really appreciated being in a foreign country where no one had pre-existing connections. It made it easier to bond with classmates. Additionally, some professors — especially in law — gave us valuable insights into Spanish legislation and the local market.
Did your internship help open doors to the job market?
I actually didn’t do an internship. I transitioned directly into a permanent role after completing the Master’s program.
How did the “Learning by Doing” methodology shape your experience at ESCP?
Group work, although sometimes challenging due to varying levels of involvement among classmates, gave me a real taste of teamwork — something that’s essential in the professional world.
