Francesco Venuti is the Associate Dean for the Executive MBA and the General Management Programme (GMP) for ESCP Business School. He is a permanent faculty Associate Professor of Accounting in the Financial Reporting and Audit (FRA) Department.

He is also the Academic Director of the Specialized Master in International Food & Beverage Management (IFBM - DEAMIE) and of the Specialization in Food&Beverage for the Master in Management (MIM)  in Turin.

He teaches in both graduate and undergraduate programmes, to Bachelor and Master students as well as to Executives, in academic, custom, and open enrollment programs. He is also the Academic Director of the Executive MBA at ESA Business School in Beirut (Lebanon).

Currently, he is also external Lecturer of Financial Accounting and Business Administration at the Department of Management of the University of Torino, at the Scuola di Amministrazione Aziendale (SAA Business School) of the University of Torino, and at the ESA Business School in Beirut (Lebanon). He also teaches Financial Accounting for Banking and Insurance Companies at the University of Torino.

Francesco Venuti is a cum laude graduate in Economics at the University of Torino. He earned his Ph.D. in "Business and Management" at the University of Turin with a thesis on the bottled water industry. He participated in the Global Colloquium for Participant-Centred Learning in Summer 2019 and the Case Writing Workshop in January 2020 at Harvard Business School in Boston (US).

He was a lecturer of Accounting at the Free University of Bolzano-Bozen. He had been teaching for 12 years "Business Economics and Organization" at the Politecnico of Torino.

His teaching experience covers a wide range of different contexts and grades, including executive education and online (MOOC) courses.

He is a member in Board of Directors of companies, and an investors in innovative start-ups.

He is Head of External Communication at the nonprofit Fondazione GE (Italy, Malta, Albania). He has been coordinator of teaching innovation and head of external communication at Istituto Sociale in Italy.

His major fields of research and publications are mainly related to financial accounting and reporting (with a specific focus on Insurance companies), nonfinancial disclosure, food&beverage, teaching innovation and pedagogy, and behavioural accounting. He is member of the Accounting for Banking and Insurance Research Lab (ABIREL) at the University of Turin. He is also a member of the EAA (European Accounting Association).
