After a senior executive career in international finance and an entrepreneurial experience in visual arts and photography, Florence Tadjeddine coaches and supports executives and entrepreneurs in their professional development, focusing mainly on management, leadership, change management, conflicts and career transition.

Her sphere of activity ranges from finance and industry to the creative and cultural field. She is also an Affiliate Professor at ESCP Business School, where she teaches Art Thinking and leads seminars dedicated to breakthrough innovation and transformational leadership: the Improbable Seminars.

Previously, Florence worked for 15 years in the structuring and analysis of financial products at Lehman Brothers in London, then at the rating agency Moody’s, where she led the European structured credit monitoring team and contributed to global analytical methodology. She was also in charge of the training programme for structured finance analysts in Europe.

She then developed her activity in the artistic and cultural world, particularly in the field of photography. Founder of the publishing house L’Heure Dite (2012) and founding partner of the online art platform IWantToBuyArt (2016), she has also designed and produced projects, events and content for corporate organisations and cultural institutions. She also played a decisive role in promoting the female scene through her involvement in the association Les Filles de la Photo, of which she was General Secretary until 2020.

Florence is an economist engineer graduated from ENSAE, HEC-certified executive coach, AEC Disc trainer and a strategic systemic practitioner graduated from Institut Gregory Bateson (affiliated with Palo Alto Mental Research Institute).
