Dr Ana Roncha is an experienced strategic thinker working with established international fashion and lifestyle brands, start-up communities, academia, media and international organizations. She is a renowned fashion expert with over two decades specializing in strategic fashion marketing and innovation in a global setting.

Ana holds a PhD in Design and Marketing Management for the Fashion Industry and has previous degrees in Communication with a focus on Fashion. 

She has held senior management roles across various institutions such as London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, Glasgow Caledonian University London and Porto Business School Portugal, mostly at post graduate level as well executive education. Her expertise covers the fields of Marketing Strategy, Brand Development, Communication Strategy, Digital Marketing and Innovation. 

Ana has collaborated with the World Economic Forum and Accenture on projects related to the Future of Retail, Business Model Innovation and the Impact of Technology and Changing Consumer Demand for the Fashion and Lifestyle industries. 

Ana holds a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship in Enterprise and Innovation, is a Senior Fellow of the HEA and her research has been published in academic journals and featured in conferences worldwide.

She has been involved in EU funded projects, developing impact evaluation reports working with leading fashion business institutions.

Co-author of the book “Fashion Management: A Strategic Approach” (2018, 2023) as well as the Case Centre’s best-selling case study on Ethics and Social Responsibility 2018 and 2019. Regular contributor to industry and media pieces on fashion business and innovation.
