Jörg Reckhenrich is an artist, systemic consultant and business coach. He is the founder of Strategic Creativity, a consultant company which combines Positive Psychology with Art Thinking. Jörg is a visiting lecturer at business schools such as IMD Lausanne, London Business School, ESMT and ESCP Berlin, HSLU Luzern. Reckhenrich has been listed as one of the world’s “top 25 management thinkers” by the journal Business Strategy Review.
Jörg’s research focuses on creativity, innovation and corporate transformation in established firms, and he has published in outlets such as the Journal of Business Strategy, Business Strategy Review, Harvard Business Manager and MIT Sloan Management Review. His ideas have been featured in The Economist, Financial Times, FT India and the Wall Street Journal, and he is co-author of the book The Fine Art of Success: Business Lessons from the Creative Industries.
He is a member and network driver of the BMW Foundation, responsible leader network and BMW Alumni foundation. He is also a member of the advisory board of the MBA program at the Quadriga University Berlin and holds a permanent teaching position at the Quadriga Coaching Institute, Berlin.
Over the past twenty-five years Jörg Reckhenrich has worked with a range of Fortune 500 firms across different industries, including professional services, pharmaceuticals, telecoms, fmcg, financial services, media, technology and industrial goods.
