I am a Professor of Strategy and Management at the Paris campus of ESCP Business School.
My research fields are strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, change management, and family business. I am an active publisher of academic articles in international peer-reviewed journals.
Professionally, I began as a strategic consultant at McKinsey & Co., where I served until 2003. In 2004, I led the greenfield development of the Italian campus of ESCP Business School in Turin, where I served as Dean until 2013. I then moved to the Paris campus, teaching at MiM, MS, MBA, and EMBA programs. My teaching fields are Strategy, Problem Solving, Leadership, and Communication. My activity extends to companies as well, where I serve with executive education programs and support leadership teams with their challenges of strategy, change management, and leadership.

My academic background includes graduating from ESCP Business School (MiM), the University of Torino (Laurea), and Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas (PhD in Sciences de Gestion). I have learned case study teaching and writing at Harvard Business School (CCPL).
