The ESCP Women in Finance Chair has launched the sixth edition of its Mentoring Program, welcoming a new cohort of 66 mentors and mentees following a virtual kick-off event.
Designed to support female students interested in pursuing a career in finance, the four-month program pairs each student with an experienced industry professional. Through regular one-to-one exchanges, mentees have the opportunity to discuss their career aspirations, gain insights into the finance industry, develop their professional networks and benefit from the experience and guidance of their mentors.
Now in its sixth edition, the program continues to attract strong interest from ESCP students, highlighting the importance of providing dedicated spaces where young women can build confidence, explore career opportunities and connect with experienced professionals.
The continued engagement of the program’s mentors is also central to its success. By sharing their expertise, perspectives and experience, they contribute to empowering the next generation of women in finance and supporting a more diverse and inclusive industry.
Over the coming months, the 33 mentoring pairs will continue their journey through regular exchanges, supported by resources and guidance from the Women in Finance Chair.
Campuses
