ESCP launches the 5th edition of its Impact Papers focusing on “Key Future Challenges in Turbulent Times - Europe 2024-2029”

After four successful and impactful editions, ESCP is proud to publish a new edition of its impact papers series centring on key future challenges for Europe and beyond.

Navigating Turbulent Times with LIGHTS

As a major actor in the European academic landscape, it is important to give voice to ESCP’s expertise and experience on these crucial topics, particularly in this post-election season.

This edition features 76 contributions in English and French, covering critical challenges and opportunities through the lens of our strategic LIGHTS topics: Leadership, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Geopolitics, Human resource management & human well-being, Technology, and Sustainability.

Contributions are guided by the expertise of participants within the strategic framework of LIGHTS, provide impactful reflections and inspire positive change in Europe and beyond. Together, we can navigate these turbulent times and build a more sustainable and resilient future. This initiative perfectly illustrates the European motto: United in Diversity!

The papers gathered for this fifth edition of the ESCP Impact Papers series discuss the latest advances in knowledge of sustainability-related issues, including business philosophy and business value, corporate activism, the role of technology, new business models and sustainable value chains, people, their well-being and their prosocial behaviour, as well as pedagogy and the role of business schools in educating future responsible leaders. This Impact series is a collective effort by the ESCP community as it takes one step further in having a positive impact on business, society and policy.
