ESCP’s Senior Executive Vice-President for Academic Affairs discusses AI, learning, student life, and the future of business education
I’m Francesco Rattalino. I’m a professor and Senior Executive Vice-President for Academic Affairs at ESCP.
Before academia, I worked for multinational companies in several countries and was involved in entrepreneurship and start-ups. I later became Dean of ESCP’s Turin Campus, and today I oversee academic affairs across ESCP.
My research focuses on strategy execution, family business, sustainability, and internationalisation. I’m particularly interested in how business education is changing, from AI and new ways of learning to what students will need from us in the years ahead.
