Thomas Gigant is an Affiliate Lecturer at ESCP Business School, specializing in leadership, organisational transformation, and HR. He teaches within the ESCP "Change Management for Emerging Technologies." Certificate program. An expert executive in product management and the founder of Goopiel Ventures, he has led transformation projects across several tech companies and advises leaders on their strategy and organizational structure. He is a graduate of ISC Paris, Korea University Business School, and the Berlin School of Economics and Law. He also holds a PhD in Management Sciences and an MBA from ESCP.
