ESCP celebrated the MSc in International Food and Beverage Management Graduation Ceremony, the first-ever organised by the Turin Campus, at Villa Sassi, a splendid and elegant late 17th-century villa and one of Turin's most iconic mansions.

The graduation ceremony is a landmark moment for students and the culmination of all the time, energy, and hard work they have put into building their future careers. It is a great chance to acknowledge and celebrate all their achievements.

The MSc in International Food & Beverage Management Classes of 2020, 2021 and 2022 gathered for their graduation ceremony.

Accompanied by the sweet melody of the violin, IFBM students made a triumphal entry into the event venue, where all the families and faculty gathered to celebrate this special day. They looked terrific wearing the traditional graduation cap, gown, and tassel, important iconic symbols of this unique occasion.

57, out of 79 graduates, from 3 classes and 19 different nationalities, marched across the stage to be awarded their diplomas, and now they will march right on into their future!

The graduates received their diplomas from the ESCP Turin Campus Dean, Prof Francesco Rattalino, the Academic Director of the MSc in International Food & Beverage Management Francesco Venuti, the Co-Director of the MSc in International Food & Beverage Management Regina Brix and the Director of studies Masters and Masters of Science Hélène Ourbak Louit.

All speakers honoured the MSc degree earners who rose above the uncertainty and ambiguity of recent years to meet their educational and personal goals.

Bianca Calcaterra, Class of 2020, Paul-Antoine Danjean, Class of 2021, and Lisa Cadamuro, Class of 2022, gave speeches on behalf of their Classes at the graduation ceremony.

Special guests from the F&B industry delivered a motivational speech: Stephane Cluzet, General Manager Italy – Bacardi Group, and Igor Nuzzi, Region Director Italy & Switzerland – Lavazza Group.

Sebastian Ponce de Leon Davila, President of AGORA, ESCP's International Student Union, representing 7,000+ students across all ESCP campuses and programmes, also gave his speech.

Gloria Bernardi and Adriano Sorgente were the hosts of the event.

Unfortunately, in 2020 and 2021, we could not celebrate our students as we would have liked. It was time for them to return to Turin, their first ESCP campus, for the celebration they deserved: a grand reunion with all their classmates, professors and loved ones.
After the ceremony and the tossing of graduation caps, graduates and their guests celebrated their achievement with a cocktail reception in Villa Sassi garden.

Congrats to all the graduates!
Wishing you nothing but the very best.

The same night, at the same venue, we celebrated the Gran Galà d'estate, the most significant event on the Turin Campus' social calendar. After having postponed the traditional annual gala for two years due to the pandemic, the event welcomed almost 400 guests from faculty, staff, students, alumni and partners.

It was a memorable day, full of beautiful moments and emotions that will become good memories for all the participants.

A special thanks to our sponsors, Bacardi and Lavazza.
