Nicolas Szymborski is an affiliated professor specializing in strategy and governance in executive education programs.
He is Academic Director of several Bpifrance executive programs, including programs dedicated to family businesses and SMEs.
He is also the founder and sole partner of Spring Conseil, an advisory firm created in 2009, dedicated to supporting senior executives in strategy, governance and organizational transformation.
His work focuses on corporate strategy, business model evolution, mission and values definition, strategic cooperation, innovation and governance design. He advises boards, executive committees and senior management teams on governance structuring, board effectiveness, holding–subsidiary relationships, separation of chair and CEO roles, and relations between boards and executive leadership.
Alongside his consulting and teaching activities, he serves as a business mediator for the French Ministry of Finance.
Prior to founding Spring Conseil, he held several senior roles in major French groups, notably within strategy departments and executive management offices. These positions gave him extensive experience in group strategy, organizational transformation, business development and governance issues.
He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and Management from Faculté Jean Monnet – Paris-Saclay and has completed executive programs at HEC Paris in governance and strategy, as well as training in coaching and business mediation.
