Today, he serves as EY Global Business Consulting Leader, responsible for shaping the strategy and growth of one of the world's largest consulting organizations.
Throughout his career, Paolo has worked with more than 100 multinational companies, partnering with CEOs, executive teams, and boards to drive complex business transformations. His expertise spans enterprise transformation, operating model redesign, supply chain, customer experience, technology-enabled change, AI adoption, and managed services. He is widely recognized for combining strategic vision with pragmatic execution, helping organizations turn complexity into measurable business value.
