Laëtitia Gabay-Mariani is an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship and Art Thinking at ESCP. Her research lies at the intersection of entrepreneurial cognition and subversive practices in entrepreneurship and organizations. She is particularly interested in how artistic and creative practices challenge established ways of thinking, learning and organizing. Her work has been published in leading international journals, including the British Journal of Management, the Journal of Business Research and the International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research. She currently serves as Associate Editor of La Revue de l'Entrepreneuriat and of the Journal of Enterprising Communities, and is actively involved in several academic communities (EGOS, EURAM).
Her teaching focuses on strategic management, sustanability, entrepreneurship, and innovation, drawing on innovative approaches such as art-based pedagogies, IA-based tools or design approaches . She is also a member of the steering committee of the Art Thinking Collective and contributes to the dissemination of Art Thinking as an innovative pedagogy for management and entrepreneurship education.
Before joining higher education, she worked for 4 years as a consultant-researcher in innovation and transformation, and led collaborative research projects with major accounts (Orange, Engie, EDF, GRTGAZ, Naval Group, Renault, Safran, MACIF, Crédit Agricole, Banque Populaire, Société Générale, the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance, Pôle Emploi, La Poste, RATP, Sodexo, etc.).
