Eric Dusseux, MD, Msc, MBA
Dr. Eric Dusseux is an executive, board director and strategy advisor with more than twenty-five years of international leadership experience at the intersection of healthcare, technology, energy transition, strategy and corporate transformation.
He currently serves as President of Concord EMDX Consulting, advising corporate leaders, investors and boards on strategy, innovation, resilience, private diplomacy and investments. He also serves as an independent board member and is helding advisory roles for international investment funds and technology companies.
Prior to founding his consulting firm, Dr. Dusseux was Vice President Corporate Strategy and a member of the Executive Committee of Sanofi Pasteur, where he contributed to the company's global growth strategy. Entrepreneur, he subsequently became Chief Executive Officer of a U.S. publicly listed company, headquartered in Canada. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with multinational corporations, start-ups, scale-ups, public institutions and investors across Europe, North America, Africa and Asia.
His areas of expertise include corporate strategy, executive leadership, finance for decision-makers, governance, business transformation, climate adaptation, artificial intelligence and innovation management. He designs and delivers executive education programmes for senior executives, entrepreneurs and family businesses, combining academic frameworks with practical experience gained globally in boardrooms and executive leadership roles.
A physician by training, Dr. Dusseux also holds advanced degrees in environmental sciences, biostatistics and epidemiology, as well as an MBA from HEC Paris. He completed the executive programme Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management.
He is the author of the chapter Healthcare Systems Facing Climate Change in the forthcoming Elsevier Masson reference book Catastrophes: Anticiper et agir pour tous les professionnels de santé and contributes regularly to executive discussions on resilience, climate adaptation and strategic leadership.
At ESCP Business School, Dr. Dusseux teaches executive education programmes in strategy, finance, governance and business transformation, with a particular focus on helping leaders navigate complexity, uncertainty and long-term value creation.
