The session will invite you into a dialogue between two opposing Angels of Leadership. Lucifer and Gabriel will invite you to explore:

  • How leaders can drive or undermine performance, and empower or alienate others
  • Our collective responsibility for leadership behavior: Do we get the leaders we deserve?
  • The kind of a leader you want to be and become
  • The gap between leadership heaven and hell
  • How you can be part of leadership solutions at your organisation

As our interactive audience, you will share your views and insights via real-time cloud-based quiz and polling tools.
