About the Professor
Erik Strauss recently joined ESCP Business School as Professor of Management Control on the Berlin Campus, and is also a Visiting Professor at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He brings extensive experience bridging academic research and organisational practice. His work focuses on how digital technologies like AI reshape management control and decision-making, and he frequently consults organisations on strategic, human-centered approaches to AI.
