ESCP London Campus Annual Gala 2025

This year’s event will be hosted at one of London’s most iconic locations. Found between Baker Street and Marylebone stations, you will be invited to enjoy the magnificence of the five-Star luxury Landmark London Hotel for an unforgettable night.

A pioneer for more than 200 years, ESCP can be proud of a large number of innovations successfully adopted all around the world. It remains the only pan-European school, with six campuses in Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, Turin and Warsaw.

After dropping off your coat at the complimentary cloakroom, your evening will begin at 6:30pm with a Champagne reception in the Marble Ballroom. The call to dinner will be made at around 8pm, and everyone will be gathered in the historic and ornate Grand Ballroom for the evening meal. You will be seated with your friends at tables of 10 decorated with Candelabra and Mirror Centrepieces and served a gastronomic three-course meal prepared by the Executive Chef. Wine carefully selected by a sommelier will accompany your meal, and dinner will end with a selection of petit fours and coffee.

You will also be treated to surprise performance from guest entertainers and find out the result of the Student Society of the Year Award and Best Consultancy Project.

The night will continue until late on the dance floor, with a fantastic DJ.

Throughout the evening, we will have a team of professional photographers taking beautiful portraits and capturing magical memories. All photos will be free for you to use as you wish.

Dress Code: Black Tie

• Tuxedos or suits with bow tie and smart evening shoes
• Evening dresses (knee-length to floor-length hemlines) with smart evening shoes

Please note that this dress code is strictly mandatory. Not following the guidelines may result in a refusal of entry.

Tickets can only be purchased online. Please note, the ticket tiers (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3) represent staggered pricing, with limited tickets available at each price point. However, all tickets provide the same experience and grant full access to the 2025 London Annual Student Gala.
