What better way to start your week than with a Breathwork and Mindfulness Workshop Session? 

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Please join us on Monday, 28th February to practice together and learn more about the science behind Mindfulness Meditation.

Ben Harrison will share his expertise on breathwork and mindfulness for resiliency, and teach some simple practices for everyday use. He teaches yoga, fitness, and mindfulness full time in London. Ben has a background as an MMA fighter, a national medallist in Olympic wrestling, and is an ultra-marathon runner with a degree in Business and Management from De Montfort University.
