ONLINE MASTERCLASS and CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION
Beyond Search: How AI Agents Are Transforming the Customer Journey
Tuesday, 29 September| 5 pm
The Masterclass:
AI is rapidly changing how customers discover, evaluate, and choose brands. As search evolves and AI agents increasingly mediate decision-making, traditional customer journeys are being rewritten.
What happens when customers no longer navigate the journey alone, but rely on AI to search, compare, recommend and make choices?
The session will examine the shift from traditional search and customer journeys towards an environment increasingly influenced by AI agents, and the strategic implications for marketing leaders who want to remain relevant and competitive. The masterclass will be followed by a presentation of the ESCP Certificate in AI & Data for Marketing Leaders, with the opportunity to discover the programme and ask your questions live.
