12-hour Executive Course
Leading Across Generations: Navigating Gen Z in Today’s Workplace

In this interactive seminar, we will develop insights into working with Gen Z in today’s evolving workplace. We will explore common perceptions about Gen Z, the research behind generational differences, and whether these differences are as significant as they seem. Through discussions and group activities, we will examine which values set Gen Z apart—and which might be more universal than we think. Together with representatives of Gen Z and those managing them, we will shed light on mutual workplace expectations, communication styles, and practical strategies for fostering collaboration across multi-generational teams. Expect an insightful conversation, real-world examples, and practical takeaways to apply in your own workplace.
