Claas Wenzlik is Affiliate Professor at ESCP Europe, Berlin Campus. He teaches courses on Managing Complexity, Digital Competences, and Knowledge Management in various programmes at ESCP Europe.
When he is not teaching at ESCP Europe, he works as a management consultant and facilitator. In this capacity, he has been supporting large and small organisations in strategy development, change management, reorganisation, and cultural change for almost 20 years.
Claas received a Diploma in Business Information Systems from the University of Duisburg-Essen (Germany) and earned a Master’s in Organisational Psychology from the FernUniversität in Hagen (Germany).
