Francesca Pucciarelli is an Associate Professor of Marketing and the Academic Director of the MBA in International Management at the Turin Campus of ESCP Business School.

Her research interests span three main areas: the challenges and evolution of higher education, particularly in relation to the digitalization and sustainability of business schools; digital and social media marketing; and tourism marketing.

A strong advocate of the "learning by doing" philosophy, Francesca integrates applied projects and real-world challenges into her teaching. She mentors students in external challenges and hackathons, fostering hands-on learning experiences.

In addition to her academic work, Francesca is an active management consultant, collaborating with both international companies and small and medium enterprises. Her consulting expertise covers Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Community Management. She also supervises MBA in International Management Company Consultancy Projects, supporting students as they engage in practical, business-focused initiatives.

Before joining ESCP Business School as a Research Fellow in 2009, Francesca earned her Ph.D. in “Cultura di Impresa” at the University of Economics of Turin, the topic was "Strategic CRM", marking the start of her academic journey at the institution.
