Company Consultancy Project
Experiential learning

The Company Consultancy Project is one of the key elements of the programme. It will enable you to work hands-on, addressing digital- related business problem for a real company.

These 12-week-long projects provide you with collaborative and intercultural work experience on a case provided by a company. In groups of 4-5, teams are expected to perform an in-depth analysis and make recommendations for actions that can realistically be implemented by the company.

You will learn how to approach an issue with a critical mindset, manage the expectations of the client and your team members, as well as how to react swiftly in unexpected situations with a creative and open-minded attitude. Throughout the project, your team will be guided by a tutor to ensure quality and timely delivery of results.

Professional Mission
Digital Placement in the form of an in-company internship or direct employment of at least 4 months.

From October to April students must complete their Digital Placements - an in-company internship or a direct employment of 4-6 months.

The Digital Placement is an opportunity for students to apply their leadership and management skills in practice, as well as deepen the understanding digital technologies, transformation management and business strategy by doing.

Industry Research Report
A practical consulting, think-tank format industry report, focusing on a specific area of digital transformation

Students on the MSc in Digital Transformation Management & Leadership programme are required to complete a industry research report which, in some cases, may be completed in partnership with a sponsor organisation.

This is an individual piece of work that is required for a successful completion of this master degree. The report should resemble a consulting report on a specific area of digital transformation, ranging from changes to the nature of workplaces to the development and implications of a specific technology in a specific industry or company. You are free to choose your topic.

The report is presented to and assessed by an academic jury, including a member of Faculty. Each report is supervised and guided by a member of Faculty or an expert in the relevant field.

  • Bachelor degree or Masters in any discipline (preferably 240 ECTS)
  • A minimum of 18 months of professional experience (including internships), preferably in areas related to technology, business or management
  • 2 reference letters

Procedure

STEP 1: APPLICATION FORM

Applications are treated on a first-come, first-served basis.

As places on the course are limited, we therefore advise you to submit your application as early as possible.

Applications are made online. The following supporting documents must be submitted with your online application:

  • A copy of your previous transcripts from all degrees to date*
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Photocopy of your passport or ID
  • Language test certificates (if applicable)
  • Two reference letters

*We will only accept original documents in ESCP campus languages (English, French, Italian, Spanish, German or Polish).

STEP 2: ADMISSION TESTS AND INTERVIEWS

If your application has been successful, you will be invited to attend the second stage of the process - the admissions interview. During this, candidates must convince the selection committee of his/her abilities and motivation.

Admission tests and interviews will operate with rolling deadlines between November and August for the September intake.

Results will be posted to candidates within approximately three weeks.

STEP 3: CONFIRMATION

Applicants who are offered a place must confirm their acceptance in writing by the deadline indicated in the offer letter, which is typically two weeks. A non-refundable 10& deposit of £2,185 is required to secure a place on the programme once admission has been granted. This first deposit is deductible from the first instalment of the overall programme fees.

Fees & Financials

  • The September 2021 intake tuition fees for the programme are set at £21,850 (all students, EU and non-EU). Travel and accommodation costs are not covered by the fees.
  • There is an application fee of 130 for all applicants. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.
  • Candidates who apply by 21st January 2021 are eligible for an Early Bird Discount of £2,000.

ESCP Scholarships

The MSc in Digital Transformation Management & Leadership programme offers a variety of scholarships to support student journeys to becoming digital leaders of tomorrow. Currently we offer four scholarship categories, all worth up to £5,000:

To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, you must be admitted to the programme and meet the individual category requirements outlined in each application form.

All candidates are advised to apply within 4 weeks of receiving their offer.

Although it is possible to apply for several scholarship categories, we strongly recommend focusing your effort on one (maximum two) applications. In cases of multiple successful applications, please be aware that the cumulative amount awarded will be capped at £5,000.

FUNED-CONACYT Scholarship for Mexican students

FUNED-CONACYT provide a 20% tuition fee scholarship for Mexican students who wish to pursue their master degree abroad in top-ranked universities. Please note that this scholarship cannot be cumulative with ESCP Scholarships.
