The culmination of the programme Master's Thesis
The Master’s Thesis is the final step of the executive master’s. It is a comprehensive exercise, one that is carried out over a period of 10 to 12 months, during which participants Participants address a strategic issue within a company, whether newly established or existing. At the end, participants will write a report or master’s thesis and present their topic during an oral presentation in front of a jury.
The thesis may be in English, French, or Spanish, allowing participants to express their analysis and insights in the language most relevant to their professional context.

This Executive Masters is designed for:
This Executive Master is designed for internal or external consultants, project managers or operational managers, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, who have already led cross-functional transformation projects (digital, operational, sustainable) and wish to take the next step towards becoming a strategic transformation leader.
Requirements and pre-requisites
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- A previous university degree: Bachelor (minimum 240 ECTS credits) if certain conditions are met, Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English.
Application Procedure
- Interview with the Programme Advisor
- Online application
- Payment of the €275 application fee
- Detailed review of the application
- Admission interview with a panel of experts
- English test (TOEFL: 100 or an ESCP-administered test)
- Decision issued within one week of the interview
- Confirmation of admission within one month (upon payment of the required deposit)

This programme is registered with the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP) under reference RNCP39396, following a registration decision dated 19 July 2024, for a period of five years. It is eligible for the Compte Personnel de formation (CPF) and leads to the Level 7 qualification “Manager de grands projets de changement”, awarded by ESCP Business School.
