Laure Neuville is an Affiliate Professor at ESCP Business School , in the Institut Jean-Baptiste Say and the Executive Education Department, where she teaches soft skills, leadership, change management and coaching.

She runs her own company Zenon&Co, accompanying organisations and executives in their transformations, through individual coaching sessions, team coaching programs, and dedicated trainings. She is also a Violinist, conducting music workshops in order to help executive teams understand how they cooperate and communicate. In these workshops, the participants get the opportunity to explore new ways to create together, to find their rhythm, and to develop their listening and leadership skills.

She graduated from ESSEC Business School in 1996, and started her career as an executive in large organizations (e.g. Kering, Société Générale), as well as in start-ups (e.g. Aucland, Nabab).
In 2005, she launched a marketing agency in Brussels and served many FMCG's in their direct marketing campaigns. In 2012 changing gear, she certified as a business coach (HEC).
Married and mother of two children, she has worked and lived in France, Belgium, Italy and Spain, and speaks four languages.
