Stephane Lesage is an Affiliate Professor at the Management Department of ESCP Business School. With over 18 years of combined experience in consulting and higher education, he has developed expertise in the fields of strategy, innovation, and business transformation with a focus on the triptych of Profit, People, Planet.
In 2019, he co-founded Manadvise, an open innovation agency aimed at fostering synergies between professional and academic environments by offering research, training, and advisory services in the field of innovation management.
His consulting career has involved working with top executives of major companies, specializing in Banking and Investment (BNP PARIBAS, SOCIETE GENERALE, CREDIT AGRICOLE, etc.) and the agri-food industry (DANONE), assisting them in their transformation and innovation initiatives.
Alongside his consulting activities, Stephane Lesage teaches management and innovation strategies at various business schools and engineering schools, sharing his knowledge with the next generation of managers.
He pursued a dual academic course in economics, culminating in a DESS "Industrial Development Engineering" and a DEA "Organization and Management of Production Systems" at Ecole des Ponts & Chaussées.
Stephane is driven by a desire to contribute to the development of new knowledge in management sciences, support companies in their transformation challenges, and play a role in shaping the talents of the future.
