Jane Kassis-Henderson is Emeritus Professor of International Business Communication, Paris campus. She is a graduate in Modern Languages, MA Honours, and obtained her Ph.D. from the University of St Andrews, Scotland, UK.  She has taught in higher education in France in universities and business schools and was Chair of the Department of Language and Culture for several years.  Her current research interests and recent publications are on the following themes: the use of English as a working language in international business and in management education; teaching multicultural audiences and learning in multicultural/multilingual student groups; language diversity and building trust in multilingual teams.  She is a member of the ESCP Europe Research Centre, Teams in International Business, and is a founding member of GEM&L, an international research group  on language-related issues in management.
