More than ​100 companies ​​brought together ​to meet ESCP students and alumni ​​during a ​2-day Career Fair in Turin

 

The number of companies participating in the Turin Campus Career Fair has been constantly growing year after year. In 2020 around 250 HR managers from 105 Italian and international brands came to meet ESCP talents from all around Europe.

On 12th and 13th February, at the Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Contemporary Art Foundation, recruiters from the most important Italian and international brands met around 600 ESCP students, from all our Campuses.

"Once more this year the number of companies taking part in the Career fair continues to grow: compared to 2019 we have recorded a + 25% attendance - explains Erica Brignolo, Head of Corporate Relations & Partnerships of ESCP Turin Campus -. Our goal is to constantly expand our network of companies and partners. They are attracted to our business school for Talent Acquisition, Brand Awareness and also Executive Education activities".

We welcomed a significant number of companies from a variety of sectors and industries, such as Finance (21%), Consulting (18%), Automotive and Aerospace (14%), Information Technology (5%), Energy services (3%), E-commerce (3 %), Tourism (2%) and Entertainment (1%). The most represented sector, however, was Consumer Goods, headed by Food & Beverage companies with 17 brands - attracted by the ESCP Master in International Food & Beverage Management, now in its fourth edition and awarded 2nd place worldwide in the 2019 International Eduniversal Best Masters ranking.  Moreover, among the Consumer Goods companies, there were Fashion & Luxury (7), Electronics and household appliances (6), Cosmetics (2) and Health & Wellness (2) brands.

The event attracted attendees from five ESCP campuses looking for internships or jobs, with students from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences: from the Bachelor in Management to the Master in Management, from MSc International Food & Beverage Management to the MBA in International Management.

During the Career Fair, company presentations gave students valuable insights into the brands' culture, career path and hiring process.

The Fair was an excellent opportunity for ESCP students to meet recruiters from a variety of industries, to get job leads, to collect lots of information, and new network contacts.

The feedback received from recruiters and students was extremely positive, reflecting the overall success of the event.

Campuses
