Katy's University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Resilience Programme for Young People and Mental Health First Aid training gives her strong qualifications to support young people in reaching their full academic and personal potential.
She is a devoted advocate for the incorporation of resilience training and wellbeing practices in educational programmes.
