What does flexible working mean to you? This webinar will revolve around the evolution of work arrangements over time and, in particular, around the current rise of flexible working. Relying on recent studies and Prof. Almudena Cañibano´s own research, we will discuss how workers understand and experience flexible working and how such experience influences their well-being. Our current predicament caused by Covid19, has forced organisations across the globe to implement flexible working strategies. Although regular work will resume at some point, it is likely that flexible working arrangements will be more common than they were before the pandemic, yet we still have much to learn about their impact on both individual and organisational outcomes.
