Join the Retailing 4.0 Chair webinar

October 6, 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm CET time

Last June, the Retailing 4.0 Chair organized its 37th Petit-Déjeuner in Paris. Elisabeth Denner, President of the Chair and Partner at BearingPoint, concluded that for the last 10 years, retailers put a thorough focus on front office activities.

Today, their organisations have to integrate a unified commerce and new supply chain formats. These new challenges have been all the more amplified by the Covid 19-crisis and the consequent boom of e-commerce.
In the mean time, retailers need to address ecoresponsibility as well as consumers needs, as detailed during the 27th Petit-Déjeuner (March 2020).
The conclusion of the 34th Petit-Déjeuner (Feb 2021) about "Sustainability and retail: a marriage of convenience", was to consider that ecoresponsibility could become part of the strategy of profitable retail companies.

Given these assumptions, which recommendation could be formulated to retailers towards their clients and stakeholders and their day-to-day practice ?

To address these questions, Professor Olivier Badot, Scientific Director of the Chair and Full Professor at ESCP and Elisabeth Denner, President of the Chair and Partner at BearingPoint will give the word to:
- Prof. Christian Durach, ESCP
- Eric Pradoux , Manager and Matthias Wohlfahrt, Director, BearingPoint
- Testimonial from a company
