On top of the current political, economic, and social challenges all managers are facing, sustainability executives are tasked with bringing about a substantial transformation in their organisation, requiring them to lead with a clear set of values and solid knowledge of their own personalities.
Leadership for a better world
Young Leaders in Sustainability provides young sustainability executives from various backgrounds, such as business, the public or social sector, an opportunity to grow as leaders.
Run by ESCP's STAR Centre and sponsored by Egon Zehnder, on three event dates, we aim to create a thriving community of Berlin-based sustainability executives, by offering new perspectives and valuable impulses for personal development as a leader.
